SketchKit raises $20M to launch a low-code design-to-app platform

SketchKit announced a $20 million Series A to scale its low-code design-to-app platform that aims to turn Figma prototypes into production-grade React Native projects. The tool extracts component hierarchies, maps design tokens, and scaffolds navigation and accessibility layers automatically.
Unlike previous one-off export tools, SketchKit emphasizes maintainability: generated code is split into editable modules with a clear separation of concerns so engineers can adopt parts of the output incrementally. The platform also includes a visual mapper that lets designers specify runtime behaviors without leaving Figma.
SketchKit will use the funds to build Android and web export targets, enhance their design-token synchronization, and add enterprise authentication and CI/CD hooks. Early enterprise pilots cite significant reductions in handoff friction and rework during prototype-to-production transitions.
