Skyline Interactive launches PlaySuite, a cross-platform dev kit for live mobile events, raises $18M

PlaySuite provides deterministic scheduling, cross-title reward distribution, analytics, and player segmentation for live mobile events. Skyline built templates for holiday events, limited-time modes, and tournament mechanics that integrate with existing game servers and player accounts.

The $18 million will expand Skyline's global event-serving infrastructure and add developer support for live balancing and anomaly detection. Early pilots included a multi-title holiday event that shared rewards across casual and mid-core games, driving incremental engagement and cross-promotion lift.

Skyline emphasized SDK agnosticism and a white-label approach for publishers that want to control branding and reward economics. The company is offering PlaySuite as a managed service for studios that lack in-house liveops teams.
