Stability releases SD-Figma plugin to convert image assets into editable Figma components

SD-Figma takes raster inputs and outputs a structured Figma file with vectorized shapes, text layers, and suggested component boundaries. The plugin attempts to name components and map styles to Figma variables when it can detect consistent patterns.

Stability includes an interactive cleanup mode that highlights uncertain areas where manual intervention is recommended, and offers one-click fixes for common problems like misaligned text or flattened gradients. Designers can export the resulting components directly to a team library.

The plugin is free for community use with rate limits and also supports a paid plan for batch conversions and enterprise-hosted inference. Stability emphasizes that generated components should be treated as starting points and validated for accessibility and responsiveness.
