Synapse.design launches Muse — an AI co-creator for UX flows

Synapse.design unveiled Muse, a desktop and web-based assistant aimed at speeding early-phase UX work. Muse takes a short brief — product goals, user archetypes, and constraints — and returns multiple annotated user flows, low-fidelity wireframes and suggested microcopy within minutes.

The product blends a layout generator trained on permissively licensed UI screenshots and a rules-based interaction model that predicts transitions, error states and edge-case behaviours. Designers can accept, remix or export outputs to popular design tools with a single click.

Synapse.design is pitching Muse as a collaborator, not a replacement: outputs include provenance and confidence markers so teams can quickly audit suggestions. Early access testers reported prototype turnaround times dropping from days to hours on research sprints.
