Synkro raises $33M to commercialize synchronized design-to-code pipelines for fintech

Synkro announced funding to expand its synchronized design-to-code platform, which creates traceable, auditable code outputs from approved design artifacts. The product is targeted at regulated industries such as fintech where traceability and compliance are critical.

The $33 million will be used to grow compliance tooling, add certifications, and build integrations with source control and CI systems that embed audit logs. Synkro's pipeline preserves design tokens, component states, and change histories to simplify reviews and rollbacks.

Engineering and compliance teams testing Synkro found that the platform improved release confidence by linking visuals directly to deployable artifacts. Synkro plans to expand beyond fintech into healthcare and other regulated sectors where UI changes require traceable approvals.
