SynthMind’s platform offers a visual flow editor to stitch together model calls, vision classifiers, OCR, and external system actions. It includes prebuilt connectors for CRMs, ERPs, and robotic process automation tools, enabling teams to build assistants that can triage invoices, handle visual QA, or automate customer workflows.

The Series B round was led by Meridian Growth with participation from strategic partners in enterprise software. SynthMind will use the funds to expand its prebuilt agent marketplace, invest in low-latency edge deployment options, and build compliance tooling for regulated industries.

Customers piloting the product report significantly reduced time-to-deploy for operational agents and improved accuracy on mixed-modality tasks. The company stresses that their runtime supports interpretability, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop controls for high-risk flows.
