Titan Studios Raises $75M to Launch Crossplay MMO 'Ironfall' and Live Ops Platform

Ironfall is built on a horizontal-scaling architecture that supports crossplay between PC, console and standalone hardware with unified server-authoritative state. Titan is pairing the game with a live ops platform that enables designers to roll out content and balance patches without downtime.

The live ops tooling includes A/B testing, telemetry dashboards and rollback mechanisms tailored to UX and economic experiments. Titan says this empowers design teams to test event pacing, reward funnels and progression systems in a controlled way.

Titan plans a phased launch starting with closed beta this winter and a broader release mid-2027. The $75 million will grow the studio, underwrite server infrastructure, and bankroll marketing. Designers at Titan are focusing on crossplay input parity and accessibility controls to serve a wide player base.
