TypeRight, a startup building AI-driven product copy tooling, revealed a $12 million seed extension and the launch of its live microcopy assistant. The assistant integrates into design tools and product pipelines to suggest context-aware copy for buttons, error messages, and onboarding flows.
Unlike general-purpose writing tools, TypeRight focuses on brevity, tone calibration, and localization-aware variants. Product teams can set a voice profile tied to brand tokens, and the assistant provides alternate text optimized for screen readers and different regions.
The new funding will expand localization capabilities, develop analytics tracking copy A/B tests across the funnel, and add enterprise governance features. Early customers report reduced copy review cycles and fewer late-stage content changes during sprints.
