Unity partners with an AI lab to provide procedural art models tuned for game UI elements

The procedural art models generate scalable vector icons, nine-slice button backgrounds, and compact HUD elements that game teams can parameterize for theme and density. Outputs come with layered source files and metadata describing anchor points and safe areas for runtime slicing.
Unity integrated the models into its Asset Store workflow so developers can preview and license assets directly inside the editor. The partnership emphasizes production-readiness: assets are exportable in pipeline-friendly formats and tagged for localization and accessibility.
Game developers praised the ability to rapidly prototype UI kits without repeatedly recreating base elements, speeding early playtests. The offering also aims to reduce art overhead for small studios while keeping assets consistent across platform builds.
