UXPulse unveils HeatMapPro analytics suite and closes $9M Series A for UX intelligence

HeatMapPro aggregates anonymized interaction patterns, scroll depth distributions, and event funnels into a designer-friendly dashboard that surfaces problem areas and suggests prioritized fixes. UXPulse built a 'designer mode' that overlays suggested layout changes and accessibility recommendations directly onto frames exported from design tools.

The $9 million Series A will expand integrations with product analytics platforms, fund machine-learning research for predictive UX issues, and scale enterprise support. Investors included a product-led VC and several enterprise UX groups that will pilot the platform within their toolchains.

HeatMapPro emphasizes privacy by default, using differential privacy techniques and avoiding pixel-level session replay unless explicitly enabled. UXPulse said this approach aligns with increasing privacy regulation while still delivering actionable research for designers and PMs.
