Vectorly raises $11M to launch UI vector compression for faster design handoffs
Design · 3 min read
Vectorly announced an $11 million seed round led by Sync Capital and released a vector compression service that reduces design file sizes and sync times while preserving editability. The startup targets agencies and large design teams grappling with slow version control when files contain thousands of vectors and complex masks.
The service integrates with common cloud storage and design platforms, providing delta-aware syncing and preview streaming so collaborators can work instantly on large assets. Vectorly also provides conflict resolution tooling to reduce merge headaches across design branches.
Funds will be used to optimize codecs, expand platform integrations, and offer on-prem deployments for clients with strict data residency needs. Early customers reported 3x faster syncs and improved remote collaboration for distributed teams.
