VeloxAI closes $120M Series B to scale multimodal reasoning models

VeloxAI announced a $120M Series B today to commercialize its multimodal reasoning stack, which combines vision, audio and structured data for complex enterprise workflows. The round was led by Horizon Capital with participation from several strategic corporate investors.

The startup plans to use the capital to scale its model training infrastructure, ramp partnerships with accelerator chip providers, and expand into regulated industries such as finance and healthcare where auditability is a selling point. VeloxAI also emphasized investments in tools that let teams trace how multimodal inputs influence decisions.

Executives said the company will grow its enterprise-facing SDKs and launch additional language support and domain adapters over the next 12 months. They also noted continued work on latency reductions to enable near-real-time reasoning for customer-facing products.
