VerbaLabs raises $120M Series B to scale real-time voice AI for customer support

VerbaLabs, a startup building real-time voice AI that converts spoken conversation into actionable workflows, closed a $120 million Series B led by Highland Capital with participation from existing backers. The company said the round values it at roughly $900 million and follows a period of pilot deployments with several Fortune 500 insurers and telcos.

Alongside the financing, VerbaLabs launched LiveActions, a product that maps live call transcripts to CRM updates, compliance checklists, and automated follow-up tasks in under a second. The company emphasizes on-prem and hybrid deployment options to meet regulatory demands, with proprietary latency reduction techniques it says keep real-time transformations under 500ms.

Executives told SatisfiedUser the new capital will fund expanded engineering teams in Dublin and Bangalore, enterprise sales, and additional language support. For design professionals, VerbaLabs highlighted a no-code rule editor for mapping conversational intents to UX flows, aimed at reducing reliance on engineering during enterprise integrations.
