VoxMind Raises $120M to Launch VoxNet — Large-Scale Multimodal Model for Creative Audio

VoxMind, an AI audio startup, announced the $120 million financing to develop VoxNet, a large-scale model that can generate, remix, and edit music and voice tracks with detailed control over timbre, arrangement, and emotional tone. Orion Capital led the round with participation from several media companies and music publishers.

VoxNet aims to streamline workflows for audio professionals by offering tools like stems extraction, phrase-level editing, and style conditioning that replicates genre-specific production techniques. The company emphasizes rights management and an imprinting system to prevent illicit mimicry of living artists.

VoxMind will pilot VoxNet with independent studios and platform partners this fall, offering a hybrid SaaS/licensing model for content creators and enterprises. The funding will also expand training data partnerships and build out a legal and ethics team to oversee responsible usage.
