That opacity can erode trust among users who expect transparent moderation reasoning.

The teardown recommends more explicit provenance metadata on each note, improved onboarding for note contributors, and a lightweight appeal path for disputed notes. These additions would bolster credibility and clarify the social proof systems that decide which notes are visible by default.
