2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our UX design services. To process design requests and project communications. To send transactional emails including project updates and billing confirmations.

3. Information Sharing

Design Partners receive project details to fulfill requests. Service Providers include Stripe, Resend, and Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

Encryption of data in transit and at rest. Secure password hashing using bcrypt. Session management with secure HTTP-only cookies. Role-based access controls.

5. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, export, and opt-out rights. GDPR rights for EU residents. CCPA rights for California residents.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for session management, security, and analytics. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Analytics cookies collect aggregate, non-personally-identifiable usage data to improve our platform. 7. Data Retention

Account information is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months following cancellation. Project files and design assets are retained for 24 months after project completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@satisfieduser.com.

8. Third-Party Services

Stripe processes all payment information and maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Google Analytics collects aggregate usage data to improve platform performance. Resend manages transactional email delivery. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy governing its data handling practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify active users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
