Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the SatisfiedUser platform. By using our Service, you agree to these terms. Last Updated: March 24, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SatisfiedUser platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SatisfiedUser is an on-demand UX design platform that connects clients with professional design partners. The Service includes project management tools, design request submission, file sharing, and communication features.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to design services requires an active subscription plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final design deliverables. SatisfiedUser retains ownership of the platform and its proprietary tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use SatisfiedUser to request designs that infringe third-party intellectual property, promote illegal activity, or violate applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your design briefs do not include confidential third-party information without proper authorization.

10. Refund and Revision Policy

Completed design deliverables are non-refundable due to the nature of creative services. Every plan includes unlimited revisions — we will iterate on any deliverable until it meets the agreed brief. Refund requests outside this policy are evaluated individually at our discretion.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel through the client portal or by emailing support@satisfieduser.com. Access to the platform ends at the close of your current billing period. Design files already delivered remain your property.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under American Arbitration Association commercial rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
